At the June 3, 2024 Council meeting, Council approved first reading of the Cypress Village and Eagleridge bylaws and Council passed resolutions in favour of the associated recommendations.
Council also set June 25, 2024 as the date for the public hearing for the proposed OCP Amendment, Zoning Amendment, and Phased Development Agreement Authorization bylaws. Concurrently, there will be an opportunity for public input related to the proposed Road Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication bylaw. Council also directed staff to provide an Alternative Approval Process to the proposed Park Exchange Bylaw No. 5302, 2024. Notice and background information are provided under Documents.
