Boards
Statutory Boards are the boards created by an enabling statute, which serves in an arms-length capacity on behalf of or in cooperation with the municipality.
Committees
A Standing Committee's members are appointed by the Mayor. At least half the members must be members of Council; the remainder are citizens. A Select Committee is created by Council Resolution.
