This interactive mobile-friendly mapping site can be used to explore West Vancouver. Search for a property you're interested in and run a detailed property report, use tools to make your own custom map and export it into your favourite format and more.

WESTMap displays the following data:
- Property information
- Tax information
- Legal lots
- Rights of Way (SRW)
- Assessed values
- Aerial photographs
- Service locations
- Points of interest (locate public facilities and activity locations)
- Capital projects (planned projects, road construction, repairs)
- Services & amenities
- Other related resources and links

PDF Maps

Download PDF versions of our municipal maps, including printable maps and detailed map sets. Check out the Municipal Map Guide, Zoning Index Map and more.

These maps are only updated occassionally. To view the most up-to-date information please always use the online WESTMap service.

You may download a PDF version of the West Vancouver Legal Map, showing the property lines and dimensions within the District.

These maps are updated annually, most recently in June 2020. To view the most up-to-date information please always use the online WestMAP (GIS) service.

To download the Legal Map please:
- Save the Legal Map (30Mb) on your computer
- Find the Legal Map file (usually in the Downloads folder)
- Right-click on the file and select Extract All
- Save the map files to a folder of your choosing
- Go to the folder and open the LegalMapIndex.PDF file
This will open a grid map of the District. Select any square for which you wish to see the properties. If you select a square with no properties then no map will be shown.
You may download a PDF version of the West Vancouver Utility Map, showing the District's drainage, sanitary and water systems.

To download the Utility Map please:
- Save the Utilities Map (100Mb) on your computer
- Find the Utilities Map file (usually in the Downloads folder)
- Right-click on the file and select Extract All
- Save the map files to a folder of your choosing
- Go to the folder and open the UtilityMapIndex.PDF file
This will open a grid map of the District. Select any square for which you wish to see the utilities. If you select a square with no utilities, no map will be shown.
