How to Apply

  1. Complete the nomination form below.
  2. Provide a cover letter.
    Describe how the nominee has contributed to the specified category and enhanced the lives of residents of West Vancouver (500-word maximum).
  3. Provide supporting materials.
    Strengthen your application by telling a story about your nominee(s) and including descriptions of specific projects and/or activities. The following supporting materials can be included (10 pages maximum):
     
    • letters of support (two maximum)
    • examples of work (six images maximum)
    • videos and images (two maximum)
