Heritage Alteration Permit - 4777 Pilot House Road

Following neighbourhood notification of this proposal, the Director of Planning, Development and Environment Services approved Heritage Alteration Permit 23-045 on April 3, 2025. The Heritage Alteration Permit allows redevelopment of 4777 Pilot House Road including relocation of a heritage house to the subject property by barge from Vancouver, and construction of a 2-car garage to the rear of the house, accessed from Piccadilly South.

The proposal includes variances to the required front yard setback and to the maximum permitted height of the garage as per the proposed plans.
