Development Application - Approved Applications

At its meeting on July 6, 2026, Council approved an amendment to the Horseshoe Bay Local Area Plan, a rezoning, and a development permit to enable redevelopment of the site. The redevelopment is for a four-storey building (with a partial 5th floor for rooftop amenities) with commercial uses along the street, and a 42-room hotel above. Underground parking is accessed from the rear lane and urban realm improvements will be delivered.
