At the Regular Council Meeting on July 22, 2024, Council approved Development Permit 23-079 for 2368 Bellevue Avenue.
Summary
The approved permit allows for a new single-family dwelling, pool, hot tub, covered patio, driveway, retaining walls, and landscaping on the subject site. Zoning variances are requested, as per proposed plans, to allow for new proposed retaining (flood protection) walls adjacent to the Centennial Seawalk.
