West Vancouver Recreation boasts a robust Health and Fitness program, specializing in personal training, Pilates, yoga, CycleFIT, rehabilitation, group fitness, and more—choose from a variety of health and fitness programs for all ages, interests, and skill levels! 

We make it our goal to provide you with a welcoming and motivating environment, an invigorating experience, and results that show! Each program is designed with your health and fitness needs in mind.

Fitness Registration

Registration for daily group fitness classes takes place every Wednesday for the programs beginning the following Monday at 8 a.m. for West Vancouver residents, and at 10 a.m., everyone is welcome to register. 

Registration for sessional group fitness classes takes place seasonally.

Fitness Centres

Join us for a workout or personal training session at our fitness centres conveniently located at the West Vancouver and Gleneagles Community Centres.

Both fitness centres are open for drop-ins.
