The community is invited to Ambleside Park on Tuesday, March 17 to celebrate Nowruz with live musical performances, dancing, food, and fire jumping—a tradition that symbolizes good health and luck for the coming year.
To support event operations and public safety, Ambleside Park will be closed to vehicle traffic from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. The park will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists.
Temporary road closures will also be in effect around Ambleside Park between 5 and 11 p.m. The following roads will be closed to all vehicle traffic:
- 13th Street between Marine Drive and Ambleside Park
- Bellevue Avenue between 13th Street and 14th Street
