Following public notification of this proposal, the Director of Planning, Development and Environment Services approved this Development Variance Permit for 835 Andover Crescent on Monday, May 5, 2025.
The Minor Development Variance Permit allows installation of a roof overhang at the entryway and accommodation of a proposed second-storey balcony.
The permit includes the following variance:
To vary the front yard setback of the RS3 zone from 9.1 m to 7.4 m.
