The District has received a preliminary development proposal for 6588 Royal Avenue. The site is currently developed with the Horseshoe Bay (HSB) Motel. The preliminary proposal is to redevelop the site with a 4-storey residential building with 27 strata (condo) units.
The applicant hosted a preliminary public consultation meeting on December 11, 2024. Note: This was an applicant-led meeting and was not a District event.
The next step will be for the applicant to submit a formal rezoning application. As information becomes available, this page will be updated.
