In accordance with the Development Procedures Bylaw, notice of consideration of the proposed minor form and character development permit to allow a 9-unit rowhouse development at 6544/6546 Royal Avenue and 6388/6390 Douglas Street was given to owners and occupants of all parcels of land within 50 m of the subject site.
Following review of the comments received and the applicant’s responses, and consideration of the proposal against the development permit area guidelines, the Director of Planning and Development Services approved Development Permit 24-007 on May 15, 2025.
