The District processed a preliminary development proposal for 6035 & 6075 Marine Drive. The preliminary proposal was to redevelop the site with 17 detached single family dwellings with a unique "rent-to-own" model for some of the units.
A formal development application has not been received. Should the applicant move forward with a development proposal, this page will be updated.
