Following public notification of this proposal, the Director of Planning, Development & Environment Services approved this Development Permit  for 5416 Marine Drive on February 19, 2025.

The  Minor Development Variance Permit permits the addition of an elevator to the existing single-family dwelling on the subject property requiring a zoning variance:

  1. To vary the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of the RS3 Zone from 0.3 to 0.31
