Following neighbourhood notification and response and revision to the application, the Director of Planning, Environment and Development Services approved this development permit (25-007) on December 1, 2025. The development permit allows for subdivision from one existing single-family lot to two single-family lots. The proposed development is subject to Guidelines NE 1, NE 6, and NE 13 of the Official Community Plan.
The development permit includes approved variances as shown in the approved plan for the front yard and site depth.
