Following public notification of this proposal, the Director of Planning & Development Services approved Development Permit 24-005 for 4191 Rockridge Road on June 19, 2024 to construct a detached secondary suite (coach house).
The development permit allows for a two-storey coach house to be located on the subject property. The proposed coach house complies with the applicable development permit guidelines (Coach House and Wildfire Hazard). No variances to the Zoning Bylaw are requested.
