British Pacific Properties has applied, on behalf of the Hawksley strata corporation, to amend the development permit that applies to the site. The application is to construct a level “great lawn”, dog area, paved gathering space, and landscape the area in place of the previously approved community amenity building.
The application was scheduled to appear on the May 25 Council meeting agenda. After holding a proposed development information meeting and consulting with residents in the area, BPP have now withdrawn the application from the Council agenda, to review feedback received.
