Summary
The owner of 1281 Jefferson Avenue submitted an application for a Coach House Development Permit to construct a detached secondary suite (coach house). The development permit allows for a one-storey coach house to be located on the rear yard of the subject property. The following Zoning Bylaw variance is approved as per proposed plans:
- Variance to the Floor Area Ratio (F.A.R.) of the RS4 Zone from 0.3 to 0.44
