Following public notification of this proposal, the Director of Planning and Development Services considered and approved DVP 24-063 on August 15, 2024.
Summary
The owners of 1247 Keith Road submitted an application for a minor development variance permit to extend a second storey deck on the front (south) elevation of the existing single-family dwelling on the subject property.
The following zoning bylaw variances, as per proposed plans, were approved to accommodate the proposal:
- Variance to the minimum front yard from 7.6 metres to 6.08 metres.
- Variance for the lot coverage from 40% of the lot area maximum to 41.5% of the lot area.
