Youth Appreciation Awards
The District of West Vancouver hosts the Youth Appreciation Awards each year during Youth Week (May 1-7) to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements and dedication of youth and youth groups who have made a significant contribution to their local or global community and who show initiative, enthusiasm, commitment and a positive attitude.
The Youth Appreciation Awards recognize young people in the categories of Youth Recognition, Youth Community Enhancement and Outstanding Youth Team.

The 2024 Youth Appreciation Awards nomination period is now open! Do you know of a young person who lives in and/or has contributed to the community of West Vancouver and who deserves to be recognized? Nomination Deadline: Monday, April 8, 2024.
