Dee is a BCRPA-certified personal trainer who holds a diploma in Human Kinetics from Capilano University as well as BCRPA certification in Older Adult training. Dee also completed an internship at the Ministry of Sports in Sri Lanka.
Being a coach for the junior division of the West Vancouver Cricket club and running a cricket program for Collingwood High School has motivated Dee to enhance not only participants’ technical skills but also their fitness profiles.
Every year, Dee participates in the elite division of the British Columbia Cricket league, and has been appointed as the fitness coach/captain for the 2021 season. During his years of playing elite cricket, Dee has gained valuable experience with sports injuries and rehab exercises through interacting with team physiotherapists and physical trainers. Dee has also had the opportunity to gain worthwhile experience at MJ Physio over the past two years as a personal trainer and assistant rehab therapist.
As a strong proponent of not only treating the symptoms of pain, but getting to the root cause, Dee believes that prevention is better than a cure and strives to provide the proper mechanics and tools required to stop transpiring or reoccurring problems.

Florentine truly enjoys working with people. She likes to encourage people and help make a difference in their lives. Florentine knew she had a desire for personal training early in life, as she has always been active in fitness and in sports.
Her passion for exercise and fitness has led her to work with clients of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. From working with teens to help start their workout programs, right to older clientele learning about health and fitness for the first time.
Florentine is certified in many areas and has worked with client’s pre/post hip and knee replacement.
She has also worked closely with people with illnesses such as Parkinson and Alzheimer’s. She believes you are never too young or old to start training and taking control of your health. She takes advantage of where she lives, by spending time outdoors and enjoying West Coast activities. Most importantly, she likes to spend time with friends and family.

Ian is a Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who is passionate about helping his clients reach their goals.
Ian will soon complete his Master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science and uses his education to take a proven science-based approach to personal training and rehabilitation. While Ian’s education and training are geared towards clinical exercise, he also comes from an athletic background having played baseball at the varsity and professional levels. He incorporates the skills and training from his experiences as an athlete into his programs

An avid competitor in sports as a youth, Lyndsay chose to turn her passion for sports into a profession. From personal training to spinning and group exercise, Lyndsay has worked for the District of West Vancouver since 2005. She works with a variety of clients from competitive athletes to those who have never set foot in a gym.
Lyndsay’s passion is to help others overcome their barriers to achieve independence and wellness. This has driven her to further her education in rehabilitation; in 2016, Lyndsay received her diploma as a Rehabilitation Assistant from Capilano University. When she is not working in the gym, she is out riding her mountain bike.
