Dee is a BCRPA-certified personal trainer who holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Capilano University and a BCRPA certification in Older Adult training. Dee also completed an internship at the Ministry of Sports in Sri Lanka.
Being a coach for the junior division of the West Vancouver Cricket Club and running a cricket program for Collingwood High School has motivated Dee to enhance not only participants’ technical skills, but also their fitness profiles.
Every year, Dee participates in the elite division of the British Columbia Cricket league, and was appointed as the fitness coach/captain for the 2021 season. During his years of playing elite cricket, Dee has gained valuable experience with sports injuries and rehab exercises through interacting with team physiotherapists and physical trainers. Dee has had the opportunity to gain worthwhile experience at MJ Physio over the past years as a personal trainer and assistant rehab therapist.
As a strong proponent of not only treating the symptoms of pain, but getting to the root cause, Dee believes that prevention is better than a cure and strives to provide the proper mechanics and tools required to stop transpiring or reoccurring problems.

After being diagnosed with serious back and neck injuries in 2004 that sidelined Devin from work and life, he created a workout routine to rehabilitate his injuries. That small home workout evolved into a full-body strength and stretching routine that transformed his body. Ian has a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and uses his education to take a proven science-based approach to personal training and rehabilitation. While Ian’s education and training are geared towards clinical exercise, he also comes from an athletic background having played baseball at the varsity and professional levels. He incorporates the skills and training from his experiences as an athlete into his programs.

From personal training to spinning and group exercise, Lyndsay has worked for the District of West Vancouver since 2005. She works with a variety of clients from competitive athletes to those who have never set foot in a gym.
Lyndsay’s passion is to help others overcome their barriers to achieve independence and wellness. This has driven her to further her education in rehabilitation; in 2016, Lyndsay received her diploma as a Rehabilitation Assistant from Capilano University. Michael has a bachelor's and master's degree in kinesiology from the University of Calgary and is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. During his studies at the University of Calgary, his interest shifted from the world of high-performance sport to the clinical side of exercise physiology. Michael has had the pleasure of volunteering with fitness and rehabilitation programs for people with physical disabilities, chronic disabilities, coaching soccer with the Special Olympics, supporting patients on hemodialysis, and working at an occupational rehabilitation clinic. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending his free time working out, running on the seawall, hiking, camping, playing sports, performing stress techniques, reading, playing the piano, and connecting with family and friends.

Sarah is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist who is keen to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals! Sarah is passionate about building strength and confidence in her clients, adapting exercises to her clients' needs, and managing chronic disease with movement.
Sarah began her journey in sport and fitness at a young age by participating in nine different community-run sports, ultimately specializing in volleyball. Volleyball led Sarah south to California, where she completed her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, while competing in NCAA Division I indoor and beach volleyball for Saint Mary's College of California. Sarah represented Canada on the international stage as a member of the Canadian national team from 2015 to 2020, while playing professionally in Europe.
After medically retiring from volleyball, Sarah pursued her master's in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, where she worked with first-time exercisers through research studies all the way to Olympians at the Canadian Sport Institute.
