Rate: $35/hour with 2-hour minimum booking. Reduced rates for non-profit organizations. $200 damage deposit required to book. $500 damage deposit to use grand piano in the Sanctuary. One-time event – a 50% deposit is due upon booking.
Meeting rooms (boardroom, lounge, and pavilion) and sanctuary space are located on the main floor. Rooms wheelchair accessible; use of kitchen at additional cost. Tables and chairs can be provided upon request.
Parking: 15 spaces (2 accessible)
Rate: $50/day per stall for District and public events. $100/day per stall for film
Terms of use: Priority is given to West Vancouver residents, organizations, and groups that provide services to the West Vancouver community. The building is currently under redevelopment, maximum term for long-term rentals is six months, with the option to extend. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the premises. All renters must complete a Rental Agreement and comply with the facility’s policies and rules of use. All loud activities must conclude by 9:30 p.m. Renters are required to obtain General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million, naming St. Stephen’s Anglican Church of West Vancouver as an additional insured. Alternatively, renters may purchase General Liability Insurance through the church for a small fee. Cancellations by the renter must be submitted in writing. All cancellations will incur $60 administration fee
