Council approved the Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) Bylaw on May 11, 2011. The HRA enabled subdivision of the land into two lots and allowed for the construction of an infill house on the new lot in exchange for the legal and ongoing protection of the "Toby House" as a heritage resource.
