On April 29, 2019 Council approved a development permit for external changes to the area behind the mall next to The Bay to accommodate a childcare facility.
Exterior Changes to the Mall
Council approved amendments to the development permit for Park Royal North on November 30, 2015. This amendment approved changes to the development permit approved on July 21, 2014.
On July 21, 2014 Council approved a development permit for Park Royal North to allow external changes to the mall.
