February 2025 update
At its meeting on October 28, 2024, Council approved the rezoning for the Aquila development which allows the site to be developed with 36 units (34 duplex units and 2 single family dwellings). The property owner has obtained the necessary approvals to begin subdivision works and is in the process of obtaining building permits.
