Following public notification of this duplex proposal, the Director of Planning and Development Services approved this development permit on September 8, 2020. The development permit allows construction of a new two-storey duplex development. The overall proposal includes demolition of the existing duplex building and subdividing the property into a duplex lot (the subject of the development permit) and a single-family lot (to the south).
