Development Application - Approved Applications

District of West Vancouver Council approved a rezoning and associated development permit to allow a two-storey, 3-unit triplex at 737 20th Street.

In compliance the OCP’s “Block bounded by Esquimalt Avenue, 20th Street, Fulton Avenue, and 21st Street” form and character development permit area, the approved development includes below grade basements, 3 parking garages off the rear lane, and a floor area ratio of 0.61. The development emulates similar zoning and density standards to the adjacent “Hollyburn Mews” development. 

The development proposal was initially considered by Council on December 16, 2024, and following neighbourhood notification, Council approved 1st, 2nd, and 3rd readings of the rezoning bylaw on January 27, 2025. Ultimately, Zoning Bylaw No. 4662, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 5279, 2025, and Development Permit No. 23-098 were approved on Feb. 24, 2025.
