February 2020
Following public notification, the Director of Planning and Development Services issued a Temporary Use Permit to allow the existing building to be used for a sales presentation centre up to three years.
January 2020
An application has been received for a temporary use permit for a sales presentation centre within the existing building (known as the Woyatt-Bowie Building).
The proposed temporary use permit would allow the existing building at 660 Clyde Avenue to be used as a sales presentation centre for up to three years. The subject site is part of a larger development site, as shown on the map below. The existing building is proposed to be designated as a municipal heritage resource (legally protected) should the larger development be approved by Council. The larger proposal for this site is subject to review and consideration by Council and is separate from the temporary use permit.
