5776 Marine Drive (Thunderbird Marina)

Development Application - Approved Applications

On January 13, 2020, Council approved Zoning Bylaw No. 4662, 2010,  Amendment Bylaw No. 4938, 2019 to allow historically occurring marina uses at the Thunderbird Marina site. The zoning amendment allows for the following historic outdoor uses of the site:

  • boat and engine repairs and maintenance;
  • storage of boats greater than 3.7 metres (12 feet) in height; and
  • boat and engine sales and displays.
