The Director of Planning and Development Services approved Heritage Alteration Permit 22-113 on January 18, 2023 to allow for a driveway security gate at the entrance to 4648 Piccadilly South. The proposal was unanimously supported by the Lower Caulfeild Advisory Committee on November 29, 2022."
