On April 25, 2024 the Director of Planning, Development and Environment Services approved a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for 4613 Woodburn Road.
The TUP allows for the dwelling to be used by the Paul Sugar Foundation to provide for non-medical supportive care (consulting services) to those living with serious illness, as well as their family and caregivers for up to three years. The TUP may be renewed once for an additional three year term.
