Following neighbourhood notification, the applicant responded to neighbourhood comments regarding improving the adjacent roadway. As a result, neighbourhood concerns were deemed resolved. The Development Permit for the proposed coach house with front yard variance was issued by the Director of Planning, Environment and Development Services on November 21, 2023.
