Council approved a zoning amendment at 325 Keith Road. The approved zoning amendment enables subdivision of 325 Keith Road into two separate lots. The zoning amendment also allows for retention of the existing coach house and single-family dwelling.
The zoning bylaw amendment was given first reading by Council on February 6, 2023 and a public hearing was held on March 27, 2023. The zoning bylaw amendment was subsequently adopted on July 24, 2023 following closure of the public hearing.
