In accordance with the Development Procedures Bylaw, notice of consideration of the proposed minor development variance permit for 3095 Marine Drive, to allow a new single-family dwelling with variances to the maximum permitted height, side yard setback, and maximum basement height, was given to owners and occupants of all parcels of land within 50 m of the subject site.
Following neighbourhood notification of the proposal, the applicant revised the proposal to address neighbours concerns and eliminated the proposed height and setback variances.
The Director of Planning, Development and Environment Services considered and approved Development Variance Permit No. 25-075 on January 6, 2026.
