The District has received a preliminary development proposal for 3033 and 3055 Marine Drive. The site is currently developed with a single family building and accessory structures. The preliminary proposal is to redevelop the site with 11 townhouse units (arranged in two buildings with 4 units and 1 building with 3 units) accessed from Marine Drive.
