On January 26, 2026, District of West Vancouver Council approved a rezoning to facilitate a pool and lawn area renovation at 2816 Bellevue Avenue.
The approved application rezoned a 333.1 m2 (3,585 sq. ft.) portion of the site from M1 to RS4 to amalgamate zoning over the site and facilitate a poolside/landscape renovation.
