The District has received a preliminary development proposal for 2605, 2606 and 2560 Wentworth Avenue (Collingwood School - Wentworth Campus). The site is developed with Collingwood School and associated uses. Collingwood is proposing a multi-phase Master Plan over then next decades to address aging facilities, code requirements, increase on-site parking and queuing, and fulfill long-term educational requirements. The application is currently under staff review.
The applicant hosted a public information meeting on its preliminary plans on November 25, 2025. Please note that this was an applicant-lead meeting and was not a District event. A formal rezoning application has not been received at this time. Should an application be submitted, this page will be updated when information becomes available.
