Summary

The owners of 2475 Palmerston Avenue submitted an application for an Environmental Development Permit with variances (EDP 26-008) to allow for replacement of existing retaining walls.

Zoning bylaw variances related to retaining wall height, setback from a front site line, wall separation, and maximum grade line, as shown on the proposed plans, were approved to allow the retaining walls to be constructed in generally the same location and at the same height as the existing walls.
