Following public notification of this proposal, the Director of Planning & Development Services approved Development Permit 24-009 on April 03, 2024 to allow for installation of an electrical meter.
Summary
Lawson Creek is located adjacent to the eastern property line of the subject site. An environmental development permit is required due to proposed works within the 15-metre setback from the top of the watercourse bank. Variances to the Zoning Bylaw may be considered to prevent or reduce loss of habitat within 15 metres of the top of the watercourse bank.
The development permit approved construction of an electrical meter approximately 10.3 metres from the top of the watercourse bank within the front yard setback.
