On October 28, 2024, Council adopted the proposed Zoning Bylaw No.4662, 2010, Amendment Bylaw No. 5347, 2024. The amendment to the Zoning Bylaw allows for cannabis retail sales on the property located at 1453 Bellevue Avenue.
