The District has received a preliminary development proposal for 1143 Eyremount Drive and 1141 Crestline Road. The preliminary proposal is to retain, restore and protect the existing heritage house on 1143 Eyremount Drive (the Forrest-Baker House), demolish the existing house at 1141 Crestline Road, consolidate the parcels, covert the heritage house into an amenity building for the site, and construct 10 single-storey infill dwelling units on the consolidated site.
