At the Regular Council Meeting on December 9, 2024, Council acknowledged that the applicant followed the prescribed District process and has no objection to the proposed TELUS wireless communication facility (cell tower) upgrade at 1043 Millstream Road provided that it is constructed substantially in accordance with plans submitted.
