A site servicing plan is required for all new construction permit applications. A site servicing plan is not required for interior renovations, pools, or alterations/additions where water, sanitary or storm services are not required/requested to be relocated.
The applicant is responsible to verify the accuracy of any information provided by the District of West Vancouver. Plans must be prepared and authenticated by a qualified Professional Engineer registered in British Columbia. Authenticated record drawings must be submitted upon installation of the services.
