Following neighbourhood notification, the Director of Planning and Development Services considered and approved Environmental Development Permit 22-128 for 534 Ballantree Road on May 29, 2023.
The Environmental Development Permit (EDP) allows for construction of a single family home requiring zoning bylaw variances. To avoid reductions to the riparian area, the permit allows for the following variance:
- Rear yard setback reduced from 8.95 m (Step Code 4) to 4.31 m: 4.64 m variance.
