On October 13, 2016, the proposal was exempted from the requirement for a development permit as:

  • it complied with the Zoning Bylaw;
  • it complies with the Duplex Guidelines BF-B11;
  • it has been reviewed and recommended for support by the Design Review Committee (DRC); and
  • the applicant revised the development plans to address the concerns of the DRC.

The applicant may now apply for a building permit.
