The Harmony Arts Festival is aware of unauthorized, scam emails and online posts inviting artists and vendors to apply to the Art Market.
This traditional competition is a true test of your skills as you must compose, paint, complete, and frame (or finish) a piece of art outdoors "en plein air". All ages and skill levels are welcome to participate.
The Grand Prix Plein Air Challenge competition awards are provided by Opus Art Supplies.
