Dogs are only permitted along Argyle Avenue, where the Art Market and some food vendors are located. 

Please note that dogs are not allowed on grass, piers, playgrounds, beaches, or gravel paths. This is a District of West Vancouver rule, and the festival follows these policies. Dogs must also be on a leash and under control in public spaces.

Yes, we have a designated lost and found area at the festival HQ: 1564 Argyle Avenue. West Vancouver, BC.

Check with our festival staff to inquire about lost and found services and whether your items have been turned in. You can also send us an email at [email protected]

Yes, all performances at the festival are free to the public.

Food vendors will have their own payment methods, accepting both cash and cards.

You can purchase a bar ticket at the ticket booth using a card. Cash payments are accepted at the festival headquarters located at 1564 Argyle Avenue, West Vancouver.

What roles are available for volunteers? Volunteers can assist with event setup, managing activities, helping attendees, and more.

Bike lock is located at festival headquarters: Music Box, 1564 Argyle Avenue 

The festival is easily accessible by public transit and bike via the Spirit Trail. For the best experience, we recommend leaving your car at home and planning your visit by transit or bike.
