The WVCAC host workshops, exhibits, concerts and cultural activities for North Shore citizens to enjoy and participate in. Wander through the gallery, take in local art, a literary event or a musical concert, all while enjoying the view of English Bay.

The Silk Purse Studio is the location for children’s art programs, after-school courses and the spring break Arts EXPRESS camps, a summertime favourite for children up to 11 years old. Check out the Leisure Guide for program information.

Accessible entrances with ramps, concrete pathway, small accessible bathroom (may present maneuverability challenges), offices upstairs are not accessible

Ambleside Waterfront Concept Plan

In the draft Ambleside Waterfront Plan,  Art remains a strong long-term presence on the waterfront through the creation of a new community art building west of the Ferry Building Gallery. Music Box programs will remain in place until the opening of a future community art building on the waterfront.
