A new way to celebrate Canada Day in West Vancouver

Jun 30, 2020

Open your windows and listen to live rooftop performances in the Ambleside, Dundarave, and Horseshoe Bay areas from 6 to 7 p.m. on July 1.

Then, at 7 p.m., step outside into your front yard or onto your balcony to join in a community-wide singing of O Canada before cheering on our frontline healthcare and essential service workers.

“Life in West Vancouver, and throughout Canada, has changed significantly since the beginning of the pandemic back in March. During these times, I am proud to see that our community has remained strong and resilient,” said Mayor Mary-Ann Booth.

“On July 1, let’s connect with friends and loved ones in a safe manner, with physical distancing in mind, to celebrate and appreciate our great country and its caring people.”
