The applicant revised the proposal to delete the proposed driveway re-alignment and new garage. The Director of Planning and Development Services approved an exemption from a heritage alteration permit for site landscaping. Exempt activities do not require consideration by the Lower Caulfeild Advisory Committee (LCAC).

September 2016

An application has been received for 4713 Piccadilly South for re-aligned driveway access to the property and a new detached garage.

The development plans are currently under staff review and will be referred to the Lower Caulfeild Advisory Committee (LCAC) at a future date.
